Here's just a general search for Sai tutorials on dA: [link]. You can make it more specific based on what exactly you're wanting to learn about. :)

Well, I've had it for about 2 weeks so I don't have many tips, but here are some-

Getting Started - Go to the 'start; button, search 'Paint Tool SAI' or 'SAI'. Then click the Paint Tool SAI icon. When it pops up, go to 'file' and then click 'new'. Then choose a size fore your drawing/painting (Example: I usually use size - Width: 1200 x Height: 1800 for my drawings. Gallery Icon Sizes - width: 150 x height: 150. Avatar size - width: 50 x height:50.) I keep it on the setting pixels and pixels/inches. Then click 'ok'.

Using The Tools - Now that you've got started, start practicing with the tools. The first one you should see should be labeled 'pen'. If you double click the tool icon, you can change the name. The others should be 'airbrush', 'brush', 'water', 'marker', 'select', 'deselect', 'bucket', 'binary', 'ink pen', and several different water tools and a blur tools + acrylic + crayon. When you click on a tool you can change the size, opacity and name. On pen, the opacity will change how dark and light it is. The higher the opacity, the darker. The lower the opacity, the lighter. Ex. The colour you pick is black, if the opacity is like 18% it will be a light grey {100% opacity is black}. You can do this on every tool except for bucket. (P.S another name for opacity is density)

Binary and Select Tools - Binary is for fine pixel art, mainly avatars or pagedolls. Select tool, you colour a space with it (the colour will be purple) and then click airbrush or pen or whatever tool you'd like to use, then colour it in the area outlined with moving white lines. The area you coloured will be the ONLY area you may colour. To change this when you are done to colour other areas, click 'deselect' and then it will erase the purple marks and the colouring you did will show. Make sure you erase all the purple, or else it won't let you colour except that small spot you missed.

Layers - To make a layer have a new name other than 'Layer 1' or 'Layer 2' and so on, double click the layer and label it 'Guidelines' 'hair' 'eyes', etc. To make a linework layer, go to the top tool bar, click 'layer' then click 'new linework layer'. I suggest adding different layers for your guidelines and your coloring and regular lines, so that later on you can delete you guidelines by deleting the 'guidelines' layer.

Exporting to a JPEG,PNG, etc image - When you are done with image, click 'save'. Change the name of the file and then click 'type'. It will show a scroll down list, click JPEG or PNG. If you do not do this, it will save as a .sai file and it will not show on deviantART.

Other Tips - To zoom in the area your mouse is on, scroll the scroll on your mouse FOWARD, it will zoom in. To zoom out, scroll BACKWARDS on your mouse. To trasnfer your image to the other side, flipping it to the left or right click the tool right next to the word 'normal' found above your image. It will flip the image to face the other side. To flip it back, click it again.

If you are using a tablet - go to 'others' then click 'options' then click 'tools' and select pen tool.

Hope these tips are enough!

Yes, you may hve to download some brushes (zip files you save to computer) or you can just make your own! On the brush set box, you know where there are blank squares with no tools? Right click on one and you can make your own custom tool! You can change it's density, size, hardness, softness, and what type of brush it is, an airbrush, watercolour, etc.

The resolution default is 72, and that is usually what I use. :)
